Cotton Broker is based in the UK. All garments are shipped from the UK. If purchasing from outside the EU items may be liable to import duty.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB through our secure payment provider Stripe. We also accept Paypal.
Is my payment information secure?
Our Card Processor is Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 3 working days.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact us at hello@cotton-broker.com and we can help with your order. If the order has already been shipped then unfortunately we will be unable to cancel.
How can I change my password?

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?
Shipping within the UK is £3.90, in Europe it’s £4.90 and Worldwide it’s £5.90.

Shipping is Free on orders over £30 (UK), £40 (EU) or £100 (Worldwide).

Where does Cotton Broker ship to?
Cotton Broker ships globally. If you don’t see your region at checkout email us at hello@cotton-broker.com
How do I return my item?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns in most cases.
